Jennifer Mullucks Regional Partner (CAMBRIDGE & SUFFOLK)
With over 25 years in the property industry, Jennifer brings deep professional knowledge and finely tuned intuition to buyers searching across Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, and Suffolk. She is widely regarded as one of the leading buying consultants in the region, having successfully advised on everything from two-bedroom investment apartments to substantial country estates, including one of the largest off-market transactions ever completed in Cambridge.
Jennifer began her career in prime central London working across sales, lettings and relocation before returning to East Anglia. Based in the heart of Cambridge, she combines market insight with a broad and trusted network of local contacts, cultivated over nearly two decades of working at the sharp end of residential buying. Her clients also benefit from her ability to move quickly when required, including one notable transaction completed within just five working days.
Jennifer is known for her personable approach, strong communication and ability to solve complex problems with calm precision. Her experience across both corporate and private client sectors allows her to adapt to a wide variety of briefs, delivering results with integrity and discretion.
Originally raised between Suffolk and the Netherlands, Jennifer now lives in Cambridge and is actively involved in the local community. She is an ambassador for the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity and has taken part in numerous challenges to raise funds, including a five-day trek through the Sahara Desert. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing, choral singing, travel, and spending time with her family.
Sam Williams Regional Partner (Norfolk & Suffolk)
Sam began her property career in London in 2007 and has since built a reputation for thoughtful, results-driven searches. Known for her calm, considered approach and strong grasp of the market, she has successfully handled high-value acquisitions across both primary residences and second homes, including numerous off-market transactions.
Having relocated to the Norfolk–Suffolk borders, Sam combines her professional expertise with personal insight into the lifestyle benefits that draw people to the region. Her move was inspired by the very qualities her clients often seek: space, heritage and a strong sense of community. These perspectives add depth to the advice she offers.
Sam’s strength lies in empathy and understanding, identifying exactly what a client needs, even when the brief is evolving. She is tenacious in uncovering opportunities, combines strong research with detailed local knowledge, and is a skilled negotiator who works diligently to secure the best possible outcomes.
Before moving into property, Sam held senior roles in headhunting and retail buying. These career foundations sharpened her instinct for reading people, asking the right questions, and guiding important decisions with focus and care.
Outside of work, Sam lives with her husband on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk. She enjoys long countryside walks, gardening and cooking for friends and family.
Kerry Arnold Regional Partner (EAST)
With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Kerry brings energy, focus and insight to buyers searching across East Anglia. Her background in agency and new homes laid the foundation for her transition into buying consultancy, a role in which she has developed a reputation for discretion, and consistently meeting the unique needs of her clients.
Having acquired property across East Anglia, she brings a seasoned buyer’s perspective to her work. Her familiarity with the region’s diverse markets enables her to offer clients a high level of insight, practical advice and strategic guidance at every stage of the search.
Kerry is known for her thoughtful guidance and ability to make even the most complex property searches feel straightforward. She has supported a wide range of clients, including those relocating from overseas, buying second homes, or making a move within the region. Her understanding extends to identifying desirable villages, prime rural and commuter locations, and navigating school catchments and local infrastructure. With a well-established network of contacts across the area, she is able to access properties that may not appear on the open market.
Away from her work, Kerry enjoys a lively home life with two sets of teenage twins, a dachshund and three pygmy goats.
Jonathan Hopper Chief Executive
Jonathan has an enviable track record of success spanning over 30 years in the property and relocation industry. As Chief Executive Officer of Garrington, he leads a company that has represented numerous clients in multi-million pound transactions and in turn developed a respected industry profile, through the strategic growth of a market leading brand.
Jonathan has previously served as a Director on the Board of The Property Ombudsman, a Council Member of the UK’s Association of Relocation Professionals and is an advisory panel member for Propertymark.
He is frequently called upon as an authoritative voice for market insights with articles published in The Financial Times, Canary Wharf and City magazines, The Sunday Time and Bloomberg.
A past recipient of the ‘Best UK Property Finder’ award, he is continuously striving to hone his skills having completed leadership programmes at Cranfield Management School and an MBA at Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge.
As a prominent creative thinker and entrepreneurial problem solver, Jonathan is passionate about working with clients, and enjoys exploring the driving forces that push successful businesses to their highest potential.
Nicholas Finn Managing Director
Nicholas Finn is London born and bred. With a property career spanning over a decade, he worked in prime London locations from St Johns Wood to Chiswick with one of the capital’s largest sales agents, before channelling his entrepreneurial flair into establishing his own estate agency in a sought-after part of London.
Prior to joining Garrington, Nicholas founded and ran an asset management company. It served corporate institutions and their private clients looking to sell, relocate or add to their portfolios. Nicholas leads and supports a growing team whilst using his experience and extensive contacts to generate exclusive opportunities for clients. He lives in London with his wife and young family.
John Adamson Executive Chairman
John has worked in the property sector for the last 25 years and has director level experience in residential sales, letting and management, estate management and development. Most recently he was Managing Director and majority shareholder of one of largest estate and letting agents in the Eastern region which he successfully sold to a FTSE 250 organisation.
He holds an MBA from The Open University and is a well-respected entrepreneurial leader with an eye for detail, who thrives on the creation of customer-focused companies, where success becomes a by-product of excellence.
Nadia Parkinson Client Search Manager
Growing up in the historical town of Windsor, from a young age Nadia has always appreciated character properties and the quirkiness and history that they offer. For over 5 years, Nadia had the opportunity to live on the West Coast, USA and developed a love for a different type of build; newer, more spacious and with such innovative architecture.
With a varied background in client supporting roles including property sales, lettings and recruitment, Nadia builds on a successful career by now creating new relationships and nurturing long-standing valued clients alike.
In her personal time, Nadia enjoys being active, following on from a semi-professional gymnastics past, as well as spending time with her large extended Italian family cooking, eating and enjoying each other’s company.
Hannah Roberts NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Growing up in the Devonshire countryside, her parents love of property and renovation has been passed down. Hannah has relocated many times throughout the UK and has worked in leading real estate firms in different parts of the country, helping her to understand the intricacies of relocating.
After finishing her education and on completing University, she spent her early twenties riding horses and pursuing a professional career in grooming. She revisited her passion for property more recently; and has since sought a new challenge by joining Garrington to support the Head Office team, helping potential new clients who are considering engaging a property finder.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys her passion for the countryside, exploring with her two dogs and taking regular trips back to Devon to visit her family.
Julie Conway New Business Administrator
Julie brings a wealth of experience from the high-end property sector, having worked extensively with property owners, premium homes, and discerning clients. Her background includes successfully running her own holiday home rental and management business, followed by senior roles overseeing luxury property portfolios. This has equipped her with a strong understanding of client expectations, service delivery, and the importance of building trusted relationships.
Known for her attention to detail, calm manner, and personable approach, Julie excels at engaging with prospective clients and understanding their needs. Her blend of operational expertise and client-focused approach is central to the way she works.
Josie Shaw Business Administrator
Rooted in Berkshire’s rich tapestry, Josie possesses a profound appreciation for the historical and cultural nuances of the area. Originating from a performing arts background, she seamlessly transitioned her enthusiasm into the realm of business by training as a producer.
Josie’s prowess in operations and business administration was further underscored when she achieved a first-class degree in the discipline. Following her graduation, she flourished in a series of coordination roles, with her intrinsic organisational skills becoming a hallmark of her professional profile.
Recognising her expertise, Garrington invited Josie to join their Head Office team, entrusting her with key responsibilities in system administration and organisational structuring. This position further illuminated her skill in adeptly merging her operational knowledge with business administration.
Beyond her professional commitments, Josie values an active lifestyle and relishes preparing culinary delights for her family and friends.
Jane Martin Client Services Administrator
Growing up in the Cheshire countryside on the edge of the Peak District, Jane has always had an appreciation for restored, character properties in idyllic surroundings.
Jane began her career in publishing. Having worked on county magazines for 14 years, Jane developed a hard-earned reputation for providing a dedicated and professional support to clients. She diligently built relationships with discerning customers and brings a wealth of Administration experience to her role at Garrington. Joining the Head Office team, Jane provides a solid and trusted support as part of Client Services.
After several of her own moves across Cheshire, she understands the importance of a smooth buying journey. Outside of work, Jane volunteers at a local animal rescue charity. A keen runner, she also enjoys creating nutritious meals for her family.
